When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, budget range, timeline and message you provide. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived through an advertisement, the campaign identifiers attached to that visit.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and — if you become a client — to deliver and support the work. We also use aggregate figures about which campaigns produce enquiries to decide where to spend our advertising budget.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
Who can see it
Our own team, and the service providers that operate this website and our email — for example our website host and our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we have context if you come back to us. Records relating to actual projects are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for any legal or accounting requirement that follows it.
