Ecoinnomics Software is a software development and IT services company based in Pawne, Navi Mumbai. We build custom software, SaaS products, mobile applications and AI automation for businesses in India and overseas, and we support what we build afterwards.

Why we work the way we do

There is a failure pattern in this industry that has nothing to do with code quality. A business commissions software. The developer registers the domain, sets up the hosting and creates the cloud accounts — all under their own name, usually just because it is quicker. The project finishes. Then, months later, the developer stops replying.

At that point the business discovers that it does not own its own website, cannot access its own email, and has no copy of the code it paid for. It is a bad position to be in, and it is entirely preventable.

So we prevent it. Your name goes on the repository, the cloud accounts and the domain from the first day of the project. You get documentation and a handover brief whether or not you keep us on. If you decide to move to another team, you can — with everything you need to do it.

What you can expect from us

• A written scope and cost band before money changes hands. If the budget and the scope do not meet, we will say so rather than stretching an estimate to win the work.
• Working software every two weeks. Not a status report — something you can open and click, so you can change direction while it is still cheap to do so.
• An honest answer about whether to build at all. Sometimes the right advice is a spreadsheet, an off-the-shelf tool, or fixing the process first. We would rather tell you that than take the project.
• A reply within one business day, every time. Including after you have paid the final invoice.

Where we work

We are based in Navi Mumbai and work with clients across India as well as in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. For overseas clients we keep deliberate overlap hours, so there is live conversation every working day rather than a twelve-hour round trip on every question.
